  Girl in the front works it alone and does a fantastic job at multitasking and getting everything done. She manages to do it all with a great attitude as well.

  Cluttered, chaotic mess. This location is far too small to be a productive business. It’s piled up like a hoarder’s layer. Mix that in with unfriendly employees you’re better off at the post office. But if it’s your absolute last resort, this location will do!

  I ordered a package and it was sent here. I used to have a mailbox here and they told me that even if I live locally and can pick up the package the same day they would ship it back instead of. I needed the package for the following Monday and it would be a longer process for them to return the package and for my refund. Anywhere that you work , you’re helping people. I used to do business with UPS but never again especially after it was made a big deal just to give me my package.

  Updated After reading the store manager's response, I appreciate the explanation about why the door was open and understand that the store had already closed for the day. My disappointment was never about the closing policy. I understand that every business has policies, and I respect the need to follow them. My concern was the associate's attitude. There are many ways to politely refuse service, and a simple, courteous explanation would have left a much better impression. Policies provide guidelines, but they should not replace kindness or professionalism. Even when an employee cannot make an exception, they can still treat customers with empathy and respect. In this case, the interaction felt abrupt and dismissive, which is why I left feeling disappointed. I appreciate the manager taking the time to respond and clarify the situation. I hope this feedback encourages the team to remember that great customer service is not only about following policy, but also about how customers are treated. Aug 3,2026 I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. When we arrived, a male associate was still serving another customer. The door was unlocked, there were no other customers waiting, and I only needed to drop off a prepaid package—a process that would have taken less than a minute. The associate abruptly announced that the customer he was helping would be the last person served, making it clear that we would not be helped. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer-service courtesy. After reading other reviews, I discovered that another customer had a very similar experience at this location. This suggests that the extreme inflexibility and poor treatment of customers may not be an isolated incident. I understand that employees have closing procedures, but there is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. A simple and polite explanation would have made a difference. Instead, this interaction left a very negative impression, and I will take my business elsewhere.

  The staff at this UPS location are always kind, friendly, and efficient! Hannah especially is wonderful. I've been lucky to never need assistance solving a major problem, but on more than one occasion I've heard her helping customers resolve complex issues. She treats everyone with compassion and understanding, and she always remains calm under pressure.
