  I had an awesome customer experience from Hannah. I was having difficulty returning an Amazon product and she explained it perfectly. While doing that she also experienced a racist customer before me. She definitely deserves a raise. Also Hannah hopefully you don’t let other people’s negative energy affect your energy.

  The staff at this location are always awesome. We preform many Amazon returns here all the time and even though we come in with absurd amounts of returns they laugh along with us and always do excellent work. Shoutout to Hannah

  🛑🛑The service at this UPS store is absolutely terrible. I went there to make a photocopy of a document, but the staff member told me I had to operate the computer myself. I inserted my debit card, but she informed me they only accept credit cards. So, I switched to using my credit card, which required me to log in to my email account. However, once I had successfully logged in, the computer displayed a charge of $3. I proceeded to continue my work on the computer, but then I called the staff member over to ask her about the fee. She told me that this wasn't a photocopying fee; rather, it was a charge for using the computer for five minutes—and I had already exceeded the time limit. Prior to this, the staff member had never mentioned that there was a fee for using the computer. Furthermore, when logging into email on an unfamiliar public computer, it naturally takes a bit longer to locate passwords and access the account. This amounts to nothing short of deceptive extortion; I paid the money, yet I didn't even get my photocopy. Furious, I left the store. When I got home and checked my account, I discovered they had actually charged me $5. It was practically highway robbery!💩💩

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store on Kirkman Road in Orlando, all thanks to Hannah. Her kindness, patience and professionalism truly made a difference. She took the time to make sure everything was handled perfectly and made me feel valued as a customer. In today’s fast paced world, it’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares and Hannah does. She turned a simple visit into a great experience and that means everything. Thank you for your dedication and positive energy!
