  The UPS store at Dr. Phillips Blvd has been my go-to store for years. Service is exemplary as well as the owners. Their employees are "2nd to none" and go above and beyond to welcome you and treat you with respect. I highly recommend this UPS location.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. The franchise owner spent the entire time hovering over his employees, micromanaging everything they did instead of actually helping. He was also openly rude to customers, laughed at us multiple times, and behaved in a way that was completely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I can't imagine treating either my employees or my customers like that. The most ridiculous part was being charged $5 to reprint a thermal shipping label. A thermal label costs only a few cents at most when purchased in bulk, and UPS even provides thermal labels free of charge to account holders. Charging $5 for something that effectively costs the business next to nothing feels like nothing more than taking advantage of customers. When I told the owner I would be leaving a review, he laughed and said, "Go ahead." That response alone says everything about how little he cares about customer service or his reputation. Between the poor treatment of customers, the obvious micromanagement of employees, and the excessive fee for something so trivial, I won't be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.
