  I received a message about my PO Box renewal. I have been a customer for almost three years and have always renewed my PO Box every six months. On a few occasions I was one or two months late, but I always paid the balance and kept my account in good standing. Today I came in to renew my PO Box and pick up my mail. To my surprise, I was told that my PO Box had been canceled without any email, text message, phone call, or any other form of notice. As a result, I lost access to very important documents, including my vehicle registration and important IRS tax documents that I needed to respond to. Now I have to update my address with the DMV, contact the IRS, and try to recover documents that I may never receive again, all because my PO Box was canceled without proper notification. What disappoints me the most is not only the cancellation itself, but the complete lack of customer service and consideration for a loyal customer. No one offered a solution or any assistance to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. If you plan to receive important documents at this PO Box, think twice. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and if I could give less than one star, I would.

  Been coming here for 5+ years. Every single person who works the front here is honestly a joy to talk to every single time. Every. Single. Time. Took off one star because they used to have awesome music, always bumpin’. Now it’s back to this sad generic soft crap. We’re all already waiting in line to drop stuff off, why not let us groove a little during the wait? It was one of my favorite parts about this location!

  Rude staff didn’t want to spend time to explain to me about their change. I never had any problem with the young (men) staff here they always kind and help me taped some labels even boxes that I forgot to taped at home or I asked for extra to make sure the boxes were tight. But the lady today June 20 around 12 was so rude. I’m looking for a new UPS store.

  Doesn't answer the phones! AND RIPS YOU OFF FOR COPIES!! .50 FOR BLACK AND EHITE COPIES!!!! AND RUDE ABOUT IT! CHOOSE ANY OTHER UPS LITERALLY SNY OTHER STORE

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!. The associates who work the store are extremely rude and have zero care for customer service. I was literally kicked out of the store at 2:57pm. Packages labeled and ready to return. I even said I would use the kiosk to not inconvenience the employees. They told me they do not have a kiosk and proceeded to slam the door in my face. I was extremely patient butt that kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will use another courier for returns. Store # 3208C is a location you will want to avoid.
