  I have an Amazon store that sells tea, and we ship around 45 orders per day. I live very close to this UPS location, so it would be very convenient for us to use this store regularly. Unfortunately, every single time we come here, we are treated very poorly. The employees always seem annoyed, unfriendly, and act like we are bothering them just by bringing our packages. They keep asking if our drink contains alcohol, even though we have explained many times that it is tea. The blonde employee with long hair who ties it back is especially rude and always has a bad attitude. It feels like we have to beg just to be treated with basic respect. I just wanted to let you know that we are now switching to a different UPS location farther away simply to avoid being mistreated. All the employees here seem unfriendly, but this particular employee is by far the worst

  This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to in my life. Every time I come here, and I come often because I use UPS services a lot the staff is unfriendly, rude, and gives you a bad attitude as soon as you walk into the store. I started going to another UPS location near my job just so I wouldn’t have to come here anymore.

  I work with UPS almost every day because of my business, so I’ve been to many UPS locations over the years. I recently started using this UPS on Orange because it’s close to my home/business, but honestly, this is the worst UPS location I’ve ever been to. The customer service is consistently terrible. You walk in and the staff already looks annoyed that you’re there. It’s not just one bad day or one employee — it’s every day, every time, and almost every employee. No matter when you go, the experience is the same: rude attitude, bad service, and zero effort to treat paying customers with basic respect. I’m paying for a service, but I leave feeling like I’m bothering them. If you need UPS services and expect decent customer service, I would not recommend this location. In my experience, this is truly the worst UPS store in Orlando.
