  Today i visited this location looking for a notary because i was in the area and normally go to the ups store by the Walmart on 535 but unfortunately although its posted that a notary is available there was no notary available. Very disappointing. Also this is my first time visiting this location and if I must say its a little dark and dirty inside. And the 2 ladies that were working didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I won't be returning to this location. I'll just stick to the one I normally go to

  I have been an Amazon Business Prime member for approximately seven years and regularly use both Amazon and UPS for my business and personal shipping needs. I have returned numerous Amazon items through UPS locations over the years without experiencing an issue with the return process or being charged simply to access my Amazon account. I recently visited this UPS Store location in the Vineland area to return an Amazon item. I was informed that I would have to pay $5 just to log in to my Amazon account on the store’s computer, in addition to paying for the return label. I understand that there may be fees associated with printing or shipping a label, but charging a customer simply to access their own Amazon account on a store computer is extremely concerning to me. As someone who is new to the local Vineland area, I have used several UPS Store locations and have built positive experiences with other locations when returning Amazon items. I have never encountered this type of policy or experience before. Regardless of whether this is a store policy, I find the way this was handled unacceptable. I also recently had a large, heavy Amazon item that needed to be returned. I scheduled a UPS pickup from my home, but the UPS driver never arrived. I was also not refunded for the pickup service, and I never received tracking information by email. After being unable to resolve that situation, I went to the UPS Store in person to handle my return. During my visit, I explained my concerns to the employee and stated that I would be contacting corporate regarding the situation. The employee ultimately did not charge me for the return label, but I was still charged $5 to log in to the store’s computer. He then printed the label for me, which left me questioning the purpose of charging me the $5 computer access fee in the first place. As a long-time Amazon Business Prime customer and regular UPS customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and based on this experience, I am also reconsidering using UPS for my business shipping needs and future returns. I intend to contact the owner or management of this UPS Store location, as well as UPS corporate, to formally report my experience and request clarification regarding these charges and policies. I also plan to report the matter to the Better Business Bureau if the issue is not appropriately addressed. I am asking that this complaint be reviewed and that I receive an explanation regarding the $5 computer access charge, the handling of my Amazon return, and the unresolved UPS pickup and refund issue.
