  What UPS Store doesn't have a working printer or computer? Dragged a big package in just to have to go to a different UPS. No wonder I was the only customer there.

  1 Star I arrived before the posted 4:00 PM closing time, but the store was already closed. It appeared that the staff decided to shut down 10–15 minutes early to avoid serving additional customers. Closing early may seem insignificant, but it shows a lack of respect for customers who make the effort to come during the advertised business hours. If the store’s closing time is 4:00 PM, customers should be able to receive service until 4:00 PM not find locked doors before then. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Honor your posted hours and respect your customers’ time.

  This is my first time experiencing this new printing system at a UPS. They charge $5 just for accessing the computer so you can print your things. Before, you’d just email your documents to them. I constantly spend $20-40 on printing documents, but this system has lost my business. The staff were polite though.
