I went in to this location with Amazon returns and happy returns, I had no idea what happy returns was. The two ladies there Ema and Francci were so helpful. Francci explained the process to me and Ema asked about my day as Francci processed my returns. Both were exceptionally sweet. They made the process so easy and within minutes I was done and on my way out. Friendly and efficient is what this location is! To the owners, your staff is amazing! Thank you girls!

It is sad that people would leave such terrible reviews because they feel some sense of entitlement. Being in customer service is very overwhelming for anyone, but when you have rude customers you’re suppose to be nice anyways, I don’t think that is fair at all. I was actually one of the customers who was in the store on Friday early afternoon when that guy Joseph who left a bad review was there. Two young ladies were helping other customers, the one young lady with glasses, let the customer (him) next in line know that usps left for the day but that he could put the packages in the bin and it’ll be picked up Monday. I don’t think that was her being rude, as I’ve gone in there before and when I was told that, I chose whether I wanted to leave it there or take it directly to the post office. His attitude was disgusting from the moment he opened his mouth. She wasn’t rude, as policy she just let him know just in case he didn’t want to leave it. When she went to help him, he started saying how everyone is always rude when he comes in and when I say he’s rude his tone was already loud and over her calm voice. I watched this man walk back in the store three different times to argue with her some more before he finally decided to leave. I say she did a great job at handling a rude and obnoxious customer like that without yelling or coming out of character. My visits are always pleasant when I go to this location, all the girls there are sweet and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and running professionally. In my opinion, if people don’t know how to be a kind human being to customer service workers, then stay home! The store gets a 5 stars out of me. Great job ladies!

I live across the street from this UPS store and have never dealt with employees like this at any store. There’s some kind of group attitude in this place. Zero enthusiasm or politeness from any of them. Have to be exorbitantly nice to even get a muffled “thank you”. I own multiple businesses around Orlando and retail here as well as Nashville and Las Vegas and almost primarily use UPS. Spend thousands a week shipping all over the planet and states. Never have I ran into anything like this and it’s unfortunate I have to feel uncomfortable going into this store across from my neighborhood. I have deliveries/pick-ups constantly, but occasionally need to drop a few packages for UPS and smaller envelopes or boxes for USPS. EVERYTIME I drop here they give me a hard time about the USPS? They don’t even do anything? You literally drop them in a bin. This is part of the partnership between UPS/USPS for convenience. They still harass me about the number of items or make some mention to it before I’m even at the counter. It’s mainly this woman from the other review with the face piercings and sour face in the photos “glasses lady”. She’s rude every time I’ve dealt with her. I’ve always just been polite and on my way, but it’s uncomfortable going in there and today I’m fed up and called her out. There’s one customer in front of me and I have three very small packages three for UPS and one for USPS and she shouts over to me asking “are those all for USPS?” Then tells me USPS is already gone and it won’t be picked up until the morning (like I care or thinks I’ll leave and drive somewhere else…no clue) tells me there’s a self serve kiosk I can use that will give me a receipt like she doesn’t want to take the time to scan three small boxes and hand me a receipt. I don’t even want to leave the business a one star review and will change this or delete it, but I want this to reach the owners. I’m professional and own many businesses and these employees in here need a wake up call and this woman with glasses needs a new job. Refused to give me any way to contact the owners. Told me to leave the store and that I can use a different UPS store. Told me this is private owned (not by her mind you). I told her I’ll be in everyday. Makes me nervous she’ll do something with my packages or they’ll get “lost”. They’re very valuable and why I want to drop personally and make sure they’re taken and I have a receipt tied to my insurance on them. Told me to check the door for owners contact/email (nothing there) and that she will remember my face? Remember it, I’ll be in tomorrow morning to drop more packages. Thank you to the woman that took the photo of her, but six months ago must mean the complaint wasn’t taken seriously. Just no way we’re the only ones. You can see the attitude in her eyebrows. I mean come on

This is by far the best UPS Store I've ever been to. It was well-staffed. I needed a service I'd never done before. The staff helped me right away and were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
