  Diego was super nice and helpful! He made everything really easy and was actually really good at his job. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. Definitely appreciate the good customer service, 10/10 !

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a COMPLETE JOKE. Do yourself a favor and never ship anything through UPS. I have been going back and forth with their team for weeks trying to locate a package that THEY were responsible for packaging and delivering. I shipped this package through a UPS Store location and paid them to properly package and protect my goods before shipping. I contacted UPS Customer Support multiple times and was repeatedly assured that my package was “on a truck” and would be delivered. It never was. I opened a claim through UPS Corporate and the UPS Store location. I have contacted the local hub, and even THEY have no idea where my package is. Nobody has answers. Nobody can tell me where it is. Nobody can give me a straight answer about what happened to it. The package contained priceless and extremely valuable goods. And after all of this, UPS sent me a check that only covers the cost of SHIPPING. Not the value of the goods they lost. Not the money I paid their store to package and protect those goods. Not the time I have spent for weeks trying to get someone to take responsibility. How is this acceptable? I trusted UPS to package, protect, and deliver my property. They lost it, have no idea where it is, and are now attempting to wash their hands of the situation. Complete and utter joke of a company. I want someone at UPS Corporate to actually investigate this and take responsibility for what happened.

  I went to the UPS Store on Thursday, 10/1/26, for Live Scan fingerprinting. When I walked in, I said hello, but the older gentleman at the counter just stared at me. I said hello again and explained that I was there for fingerprinting, but he cut me off and simply instructed me to follow him. The fingerprinting itself took no more than five minutes. As part of the process, he took my picture and then commented that I “looked sad.” I understand that customer service jobs can be difficult and that people may be having a bad day. I’m not expecting overly enthusiastic or “cloying” customer service, but a simple acknowledgment when a customer walks in and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold and uncomfortable.

  Exceptional, quick and speedy service from associate Diego! Made returning my items very easy. Very warm greetings from associate victor as well. This store has wonderful staff.
