  Kenzie at the store located 3956 Town Center BlvdOrlando, FL 32837 was exceptionally rude and disrespectful with me. So much so that when I asked Nick, her manager, where I could voice a complaint about her behavior he had to say her name “Kenzie” to stop her from speaking rudely to me the way she was to which she replied “Kenzie nothing” as to say she didn’t do anything wrong. Exactly what happened was that I entered the store and was met by Kenzie at the register. She greeted me and asked how she could help me and I responded that I was there to pick up a package. She immediately reached for another package and I happily stated oh wow you know exactly who am thinking she had quickly picked up the package for me even before I told her my name but we both laughed about that because she was picking up a package from some other work she was doing as she was greeting and i had no issue with that and I thought it was funny my mistake, no issue. She asked for my ID, I gave it to her, and she couldn’t find my package after a quick look in the system. She then asked asked if I had part of the tracking number and as I was looking for it (about 10 secs) I saw the voicemail Nick had just (less than an hour ago) left me and I played back to see who left the message. I said “Nick” left a message saying it was here who is Nick? With an attitude she walked away from me and said to Nick rudely “You gotta help him find his package” or something like that. As Nick was walking to the register I asked him “What’s wrong with her?”, Nick said “I’ll handle it”, and she responded rudely “saying that she’d looked in the system…” and some other stuff and I said “but your attitude is atrocious”. She began saying some other things in an exceptionally rude tone which I ignored and I began speaking only to Nick. In this moment she kept talking and Nick said to here “Kenzie” as to stop her from speaking rudely to he and I and that’s when she said “Kenzie nothin’” as if he behavior was professional and not super rude. That’s when I just asked Nick for a way to complain about her behavior and I saw the info on the wall to leave this review. Nick also offered to discount the package pickup fee to which o declined, paid the full $10 and change, got my package and left the store. I’m not sure why Kenzie felt the need to speak to me disrespectfully but I went thru the trouble of telling this story because she needs to understand that this is not the way to handle conflict in the workplace with a customer.

  It was great and perfect. Everybody was nice and kind and appreciative and patience. And the employees explain information very good

  Excelente atención, Faira bilingue, excelente empleada, apoyan en las necesidades del cliente, (fui a otra oficina UPS decepción total mi experiencia, no todas las oficinas tienen personal de calidad) este oficina la recomiendo ampliamente, la señora que me atendió mu atenta, gracias
