  I stopped by this location for the first time today to drop off a package return, and I was genuinely impressed. I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked through the door, and the employee was friendly, professional, and happy to help. The entire process was incredibly quick, easy, and efficient, and it made for a great customer experience. It’s so refreshing to get that kind of service these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this UPS store to anyone.

  Very disappointing customer service. The employee receiving packages was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional toward customers. A simple package drop-off should not involve being treated with such a bad attitude. Management should address this situation and provide proper customer-service training. I will avoid this location in the future.

  Vine a poner un paquete y le hize una pregunta al muchacho que me te atendía después de pagar y el supervisor salio con una tremenda mala forma diciéndole al muchacho que atendiera al próximo cliente que estaba perdiendo demasiado tiempo conmigo una mala forma delante de todos los clientes. No me quiso dar su nombre .no debería estar atendiendo al público ese señor debería trabajar con animales
