- JSJohn Stenerson4 days ago1.0Went to this store yesterday to send a box. I was charged a fake $1.50 fee for them to "print the label". Beware of this place and their nonsense fees. I paid the 1.50 fee which they probably got a bit over $1.25 after the credit card fees. Hope that 1.25 was worth this 1 star. Edit: The fee is just a bs fee. I had a shipping label already paid for by Lego and since I already had the shipping paid for, you charged me a fee to print the label. A label always has to be printed, you all just choose to charge a bs fee because the shipping was already paid for and I assume you make less money on the transaction. If you have an issue with how much you are making, that really is something you should take up with UPS directly and not pass bs fees to your customers. I'll still use UPS but will not return to this location.
