  I came to this store today (06-12-2026) I am a regular here (until today) while in line I am called up and I hear the clerk was talking to two ladies (friends) and he said “let me take care of this freebies here, people here is just…(silence) they buy and then return, this is America…” and I had the feeling he was indirectly mocking me. Now, I would say, thanks to these “freebies” you have a job (you may even be the owner of the store which I believe you are) and you make a living. I don’t want to sound rude but if you don’t like it then close down and do something that you are really passionate about. Those type of comment in front of customers are not welcome, unless I feel that way. He drives now more American than a silver GMC yet he is mocking our ways to do things. He didn’t even know why we returned stuff, it could be it didn’t work, it was defective, they sent the wrong item… it could be so many different things but yet he had to open his mouth and make a dumb comment. Great job Mr. Clerk, you just lost a regular customer, I rather drive all the way to Hunter’s Creek before I give you my business again. Not cool what you said, nor the right moment and place to say what you said. Have a great day and I hope they can do better in the future.

  I recently visited The UPS Store on South OBT, store number 216, and as always, had an excellent experience from start to finish. Ricardo and the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with all of my shipping and printing needs. And my shredding needs as well. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided fast service without making me feel rushed. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming, regardless how busy it is, which makes my entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s clear the team truly cares about customer service, and I would highly recommend The UPS Store, south OBT - store 216 to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.
