  First of all my package need to be delivered in 2 days as employee told me there and even when I asked several times that it will be delivered 100% they told yes and no one told me that it’s not warranty that will be delivered exact time,also manager started threatening me on call and he didn’t answer store phone calls,so disrespectful manager there and UPS need to take care of that person,just stealing money

  Was in the area and needed to get a big box for a delivery and this UPS employees were exceptional. They had the perfect size box, they helped me package everything nicely and were super friendly & professional. I will definitely come out of my way for this exceptional customer service, thank you so much!!!

  I arrived at the store at 6:31 to drop off a package, store closed at 6:30. The store attendant refused to serve me, just because of less than 1 minute. The store was already closed before 6:30, they were chatting away. Customer service at its finest.
