- BWbrandon williams4 days ago1.0Dropped off a Roomba vacuum to be packaged and sent back to the factory due to internal failure to be fixed. Product was packaged poorly, and received damaged. This store refuses to do anything about it or file a claim as well as I’m assuming who is the manager she is very rude and does not like to let people speak. I would use a different UPS location based off these reviews for this store. The customer service is horrible. These are pictures of when I sent it out and when I received it back, it looks like it was packed in a cardboard box with absolutely no protection. I should have went to a different store based off my first experience here costing me almost $50 to mail out a pair of eye glasses
