  The guy working there Marcus is very rude and unprofessional. Major attitude with the customers and the staff. Someone like this is not who you want Interacting with customers. Very rude.

  This location accepts ups and usps packages but they are not actually scanned by the shipping carriers for DAYS. User beware

  placed an order online to have some stickers made here. received the call that they were ready. wasted an hour driving across town and back only to find when i get there that the stickers are all completely wrong and off center. none of them line up with the sheet at all. the employee at the store couldn’t figure out how to make the printer work correctly and couldn’t be bothered to call anyone over for assistance. i can’t believe they didn’t notice. literally called me out there for something i couldn’t even use. ended up being easier and cheaper to just buy my own sheets and print them at fedex. whole store feels rundown and ancient. employees can’t care less. don’t recommend going here at all.

  I did not catch your name, but the young lady working in the printing section today is just a gem and really started off my day with joy.

  Until a couple of months ago this was my go-to location for Amazon returns. However, the past 2 returns I did there they refused to provide a printed receipt and said that one would be sent via email. The receipts never arrived and the returns were never registered in my account as dropped off. I had to file support tickets with Amazon to get refunded. I've never had this issue with other Amazon return providers and won't be going to this Staples location again.
