  Great service for shipping out returns! They even offered some extra tape to seal up the box witch fex ex wont do!

  Marilyn at the TSA pre-check area was very helpful and hospitable! She is such a gem and really made our TSA registration experience delightful. Thank you Marilyn and I hope she gets a raise!

  I would like to express how helpful and professional Maricia was assisting me with several Amazon returns. The scanner wasn’t working properly, a return line was forming and there was a problem with the boxes not being properly numbered. Maricia stopped twice to assist other customers. Apparently other employees were in the back. Maricia called for assistance for checkout and the Amazon counter. Someone responded to Maricia to reset the scanners - what she was requesting assistance with from the Amazon counter. Maricia responded she could not which was the reason for the call for assistance. No one came to assist for a few minutes. Eventually, Lance came and assisted at the Amazon return counter. Mid-June, I experienced the exact same situation at the return counter with Maricia completing returns. Other employees were standing around as though they were stocking the shelves but disappeared when a return line formed. Protocol suggested asking to speak with a store manager but I’m thinking no management was in attendance. Customers waited in line for a minimum of 8-10 minutes. Thursday, July 23 @ 12:05 - 12:23.

  I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Daniel at this Staples location. Instead of listening to understand what I was trying to accomplish, it felt like he was listening only to respond. He repeatedly talked over me, and the entire interaction seemed focused on telling me what Staples couldn’t do rather than trying to understand my needs and explain what options were available. I use Staples services regularly, and getting assistance has never felt this complicated or frustrating. I’ve received top-tier service at the Winter Garden and Apopka Staples locations, where employees have been helpful, solution-oriented, and willing to listen. Customer service should be about listening, understanding the customer’s request, and helping find a solution whenever possible—not immediately focusing on limitations. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Staples.
