Unfortunately, Lowes and other companies use them. You purchase from them, but this company is the who the customer gets. We had 3 missed appointments and the final appointment they ended up not wanting to carry the appliance up the stairs and gave a poor reason why it needed to be rescheduled. WE cancelled the order with Lowes and purchased with a local company who does their own distribution and installation

What an absolute terrible company and employees. They delivered my first ever 4 figure LG OLED TV I bought last week. They obviously stored it on its side and then out of the 4 people that I saw in the truck, one guy threw the TV on his shoulder and brought it in the house. Now they’re battling me tooth and nail for picking up the TV they broke and dropping off the new TV assuming they haven’t broken it yet. I put blame on LG as well since I’ve expressed my concerns about having RXO deliver my new one, but it’s who they use, so nothing I can do about it. Just got an update today that they won’t be delivering my new TV for another week even though it’s sitting in their warehouse for a week already. If you have a choice to NOT use RXO for service, I would highly suggest anyone else.

Driver, Pablo C. hit my subdivision gate after following a garbage truck in and then backing up into it on 8/7/26. He left after making the delivery without acknowledging or leaving any information. I tried contacting RXO office to file a claim, but no one has gotten back to me after 3 weeks. They gave me a name of Frances Kinard as the claims manager, but she has since been nonexistent. They say that they don't even have any records of the order or know who the driver is. Called them again today to follow up and they don't even have any records of me talking to anyone. After spending another hour on the phone and asking to speak to another supervisor, they told that person was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes, that was over 3 hrs ago.

The delivery personnel for RXO were wonderful. The box had no damage from shipping. The delivery guys were Professional & courteous. They unpacked my new LG Refrigerator at the driveway then very carefully carried it with waist belts into my home and into my kitchen.
