    People Ready is not like Instawork at all. What's the point in having the phone app if you still have to go into the office to apply for jobs. The parking is limited.

    They saw that he could not speak much English I ask him if they have work available and he says that there is nothing , I go to his website and there are 4 jobs available that say immediately, discrimination everywhere

    1)Found a job on the app. 2)Read all the requirements including PPE and attire. 3) Selected it. 4) confirmed it. 5)Pulled up early to jobsite with correct attire and PPE. 6)Checked the app to realize it was canceled. 7)Called the branch (W. Central Blvd). Dispatcher took me off the job because apparently they called me to make sure that I had the right PPE and attire (listed in the app) but I missed their phone call so they booted me off the job. (Oh btw, when you "confirm" on the app, the branch can't see it on their end so they have to call you to make sure you're still showing up.) Don't waste your time with this rinky dink agency. The app sucks. Their attitude about laborers sucks.
