  I had the worst experience with them. My start date was pushed back multiple times after I stressed to them that I couldn’t possibly wait any longer. I turned down a lot of offers because I thought this was going to be a good fit for me. Sadly, it was nothing than a huge waste of time! They do not communicate with one another either. I had to repeat myself multiple times and resubmit documents that were already sent. The entire process was very difficult. They lied to me and told me that I didn’t need a degree for the position I was applying for and then told me that I did. Why do you need a degree to talk to people on the phone? I guess we ALL need degrees then. You all need to work on your communication skills.

  This is a horrible, unethical company that lies. Shelby Burford is unprofessional and unkind. She portrays one who cares and has your back, but demonstrates the opposite. Insight Global does business with dishonest companies that do not treat team members with respect. This place does not have your best interest in mind. They could not care less about the individual. Don't trust these people.

  I work for an engineering firm through Insight Global, and have never before had such an incredible experience with a staffing service. My first interactions were with Riley, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job giving me all the needed information and preparing me for the interviews. I then met with Shelby to interview and discuss the position further. Again, fantastic experience with another kind and savvy team member. Finally, feeling very prepared, I completed the final interviews with the firm. My experience from the time I spoke with those at Insight Global until now, early in the role with the firm, has been amazing. The process was clear and simple and I had support for anything that came up. I highly recommend working with Insight Global.   I was employed by Insight to work Signature Aviation and just got left after 1 year and 9 months. I been trying to send Signature their equipment back but I have had a hard time getting help from Insight. Would appreciate it very much if someone from Insight Global could help me out
