They don't take your calls or emails when you try to communicate with them. They don't even send receipts or keys to you after closing. The only thing that they do is forcing you to wire, wire, and wire.

I worked with other First American Title before and it had been good. But this office specifically, is absolutely HORRIBLE. The lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, the lack of everything is predominant. The fact that there was zero customer service to the buyer, zero for the agent. A drama to get figures, a drama for receipts, a drama for replying to simple questions. If you ask a question that requires a date response, a time response, and a location response... how would you feel when you get a "yes, received" response. You would wonder do I know how to write in English? Did I formulate the question the right way? You go back to the message, and yes.. You did it right. Is the recipient the one that doesn't know how to reply to an email with accurate information. Also, the lack of following simple instructions needed to satisfy the buyer's needs, and the lack of communication within the company itself. This was a very frustrating transaction for the buyers and agent. I would highly recommend not to use this company unless you want to go thru a very stressful time. And if you don't have any other choice due to the builder, then meditate before you attempt to reach out to them. Good luck! That's all I can say unfortunately.
