- CDChristine DFeb 28, 20231.0Longest closing ever. 30 minutes to sign. Over two hrs and 30 minutes waiting after that. No one let us know why we were just waiting since no one acknowledged us after signing. At one point we asked the front desk admin if she could check why we were just sitting there and she walked to the back and didn’t return for 18 minutes. They were short staffed and overbooked. We were asked to leave the conference room to make room for other closings. We then sat on the couch in the waiting area with no updates. Asked if we could have water or coffee. They claimed they had no water. The rudest woman (glasses and blondish ponytail) came out to get more signatures which we had to sign at the reception desk. Very abrupt and unfriendly. Worst title company experience ever. (By the way, they have no printer to print checks. A title company with no printer. You have to travel to a different location to pick up your check). Never saw any title company as inept as this one. And yes, all their signage says Trinity but they are First American. You unfortunately are in the right place.
