  Very bad service and attitude. My real goverment ID did not satisfied her and asked for 2nd ID because she never saw me b4. My 2nd is my bunisess card and she was ok w that…wth! She even did not say her name (why not) but I still have a way to file a complaint. I do not recommend to this location if she is still work at the front desk.

  The service here is terrible, Absolutely terrible service. I went in to ship four packages and gave the employees each address clearly written on a separate paper. They had me going back and forth between two counters, and they still mixed up the shipments. I had to pay an extra $25 to fix their mistake.I came back and made sure to do everything the same way, and they messed up the addresses again. Now I have to pay again for another mistake that wasn’t mine. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will never come back to this location and definitely do not recommend it.

  Andrew is 10/10. The rest of the staff does the absolute minimum to get by. No urgency, no extra efforts, no customer service.

  Currently waiting on my mattress that was supposed to be here by 8pm TODAY 8/12/26 but seen it’s not gonna be delivered until tomorrow when nobody will be home and when u try to call customer service to talk to a representative your told to enter your tracking id before being connected yet when I gave the annoying unhelpful AI machine (which had hung up on me numerous times at this point) my number they still refused to connect me with a LIVE PERSON absolutely horrible n anytime fedex is responsible for my delivery I will be canceling my order n re ordering thru a carrier not partnered with them n their unprofessional all around annoying AI bot cuz this is ridiculous if I could give zero stars I would I now have no way to contact someone at customer service cuz it’s just a bot that is extremely useless n I still don’t have my mattress just gross your lazy staff want to push a delivery 4/5 hours before the arrival time knowing yall can still deliver my stuff if Walmart can have something shipped to my door n it get here at 10pm why can’t yall make sure I get my stuff according to the tracking yall provided
