  I’m wanting to call the actual location but end up in a never-ending loop on their phone system. This is the new era of customer service. It doesn’t seem to exist anymore. When I talk to an operator on the phone they tell me to call the office tomorrow morning but the office number is the same number that got me connected to the operator that told me that she worked for Fed Ex but couldn’t help me with my problem.

  I have had a negative experience at this particular FedEx location. I found the employees to be unprofessional, and it appeared they were aware of this. Furthermore, they seemed to be covering for one another, which exacerbated the situation. I was expecting a FedEx Express overnight package, but they were unable to provide a delivery time frame. I understand that the delivery schedule is determined by the route and the number of packages; however, it would be beneficial to receive a four-hour delivery window. Naturally, the driver arrived precisely as I was departing for my son's doctor's appointment at the very last moment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. The following day, I remained at home for the entire day anticipating the package delivery, as no specific time frame was provided. I subsequently received a notification indicating that the driver had attempted delivery at an incorrect address. This is confusing, as the delivery attempt on the previous day was made at the correct location. I am required to make a separate trip to retrieve the item, and the employees at the location are protecting the driver. When I requested the driver's name to file a formal complaint, they declined, stating that the name would only be used for internal review. Which is BS because FedEx displays the driver's name on the app when you expect the delivery. Completely unprofessional. You can't blame the customer for being mad and lashing out when you guys create the hostile environment.

  Heartless and would not help. Website clearly shows last pick up for express is 3 PM on Sat and employee inside the store would not even try to help at 1:07 PM because they are closed at 1. Would not even acknowledge the website is wrong

  La atención aquí es fatal !!! A mí y a mí hermana nos ha tratado peor q a la basura ! Viene hasta aquí porq FedEx no entregó mí paquete en mi casa estándo bien la dirección !!!!! Era un medicamento que yo estaba esperando !!!! Y no podía pasar la noche sin estar refrigerado ! Maneje casi 40 min ! Cuando llegue salude y ni me respondieron él saludo luego con mala actitud me preguntaron q quería ! Esperar mucho afuera y volví a entrar para seguir esperando y él tipo que estaba en la recepción literalmente busco a la manager que vino con una actitud peor aún casi que diciéndome que esperara en la parte de afuera cuando me habían dicho que él llegaba a las 7 pm y nada que llego ! Como tienen personas con un trato tan tan mal al cliente trabajando así ! FedEx es la peor empresa de envío del mundo nunca entregan nada buscan un excusa para regresar él paquete no respetan él tiempo del cliente y te tratan mal ! Me gustaría denúncialos por abusadores
