  I didnt get the gentleman's name you helped me. Very helpful. I went in at 635pm 6/12. He was juggling multiple customers and attentive to all of us. Appreciate the help and fast service. They close at 7pm.

  I came to print one piece of paper that’s it, I had assumed this wouldn’t take long I had everything I needed to be in and out. There was only 2 people in line, both had issues with the printer but the employees were just standing there not solving anyone’s issue. I paid to print my paper and nothing printed. I waited patiently to be helped and I told the lady the issue and she just stared blankly at me and proceeded to finish talking to someone else she was also helping. Just moving so slowly and not helping anyone really, people shouting across the room to eachother. She was a nice lady but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a FedEx. I waited 30 minutes in line still nothing. Just when I thought it was my turn she turned to the other person she hadn’t finished helping. I just walked out, it was super unproductive.

  The employees were really very much helpful and there is guy idk his but he really helped me a lot. It was a great experience and thank you very much guys for ur service, i would love to come again.

  Printing was easy, a bit expensive but don't have a printer at the moment.
