This came up as the closest package drop off location for me, came to drop it off with prepaid label, and they wouldn't accept it, unless I paid them $10 handling fee!!! What is FedEx thinking? Most of their locations in this area are in resorts, and I read other reviews, where it seems like all locations inside of resorts demand $10 just to accept a package or envelope, even if it's prepaid!! If this continues, they'll lose their loyal customer base such as myself. I've had a FedEx account for many years, but it seems like it's time to switch to UPS.
