  My experience at this FedEx location was very disappointing. When I tried to ship my package, the staff refused to process the shipment unless I opened the package so they could inspect its contents. I found this to be unnecessarily invasive and unprofessional, especially since I wasn't given a clear explanation for why it was required. I understand that shipping companies have security policies and restrictions, but I expected better communication and a more respectful approach. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I won't be using this FedEx location again.

  The service and staff are amazing! The overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the store is also superb. The person who helped me, Kenny, was very friendly and helpful. I hope his manager grants him some recognition or even a raise… he’s great!

  I walked into this location at 6 PM, completely struggling to wrangle a heavy box through the door. Before I could even figure out my next move, the gentleman at the counter greeted me with a warm smile and immediately walked over to help. When I asked where I could set the box down, he simply said, "I'll take that for you," and effortlessly carried it the rest of the way to the counter. Not only did he handle the heavy lifting, but he also taped up the box for me without hesitation. Within a single minute, I had my receipt in hand and was already walking back out the door. It was the absolute gold standard of customer service—fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. As a bonus, the store itself has nicely arranged displays of planners, self-improvement books, and business gear. It’s a fantastic location all around, and I highly recommend them!

  Five stars for Leonardo at the FedEx in Lake Buena Vista. I came in with a label that printed out completely illegible. Instead of sending me home to reprint it or charging me to print a new one, Leonardo offered to let me email it to him so he could print it for free. While juggling my two kids, I didn’t even realize I had accidentally printed an Adidas return label instead of the correct manufacturer’s label for my water cooler. Leonardo caught the mistake immediately — not once, but twice — and saved me from sending a $350 item to the wrong place. It's people like Leonardo that I run into every once in a while that make my day go from good to fantastic Thank you Leonardo for you and the staff at FedEx.
