  Great customer service just keep in mind this is not a traditional FedEx. There are handling fees on top of shipments as well as outgoing packages because they are inside of the hotel.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the FedEx location inside the Renaissance Hotel. I first walked from the self-parking lot to the FedEx office to get a cart, only to be told that no carts were available. I then had to walk all the way back to the parking lot with assistance from a valet employee to get a cart and bring my package inside. After spending about 30 minutes trying to figure out where to go and how to move my 50 pound package, I was then informed there would be additional charges for shipping the package because they are in a hotel after getting a prepaid shipping label. My biggest issue is that this information was never communicated upfront. Had I known about the extra fees before going through all that effort, I could have made a more informed decision and also having to carry a 50 pound package to my car on OWN because they don’t have carts. The lack of communication and the time wasted made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management improves the process and provides clearer information to customers before they spend time transporting their packages.

  Friendly staff and always willing to help. Only downside is the parking, its inside a hotel so you always have to ask if you can park in valet instead of the paid parking since your only dropping off a box.
