  I had a very frustrating experience at the FedEx location inside the Renaissance Hotel. I first walked from the self-parking lot to the FedEx office to get a cart, only to be told that no carts were available. I then had to walk all the way back to the parking lot with assistance from a valet employee to get a cart and bring my package inside. After spending about 30 minutes trying to figure out where to go and how to move my 50 pound package, I was then informed there would be additional charges for shipping the package because they are in a hotel after getting a prepaid shipping label. My biggest issue is that this information was never communicated upfront. Had I known about the extra fees before going through all that effort, I could have made a more informed decision and also having to carry a 50 pound package to my car on OWN because they don’t have carts. The lack of communication and the time wasted made this a very disappointing experience. I hope management improves the process and provides clearer information to customers before they spend time transporting their packages.

  I have never experienced such exceptional customer service as I did at this location! I was in town for a convention and needed several files printed last minute. Susan was the only person working and was taking care of multiple people at once. When I told Susan what I needed, she made everything so simple; she cropped, separated and printed all of my files with the BEST attitude. I cannot brag on this woman enough! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. FEDEX needs to know how lucky they are to have Susan!

  I was at the FedEx store that is inside the hotel, and the experience and customer service was above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. Elizabeth Soto not only exceeded expectations, but she helped me long after the store visit. She kept in constant contact to insure that the courier we used was able to pick up our package, and get it delivered to its next location. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Everyone at this facility has always been so helpful and super friendly. We have used this store for many years for trade show deliveries, and they have never ever disappointed. They truly are the best example of amazing customer service that I have ever seen. Absolutely love them!
