  Ordered an overnight envelope to be delivered for pickup at this location, and received notification that it was delivered this morning at 7. But when I went to pick it up just now, Yaniellz behind the counter was not willing to be too helpful in getting my delivery, making me wait for several minutes trying their best to ignore me. I had to wait for over 20 minutes at this office just to get what had already been delivered hours before, which could end up making me late for my flight. Is it really so difficult to just pickup an envelope that had already been delivered hours ago? Or at least be courteous enough to attend the only customer in the office?

  I live in the neighborhood,. I spent over $13 on an Uber to go to this FedEx to mail a light-weight envelope for three-day delivery. I paid $11 for shipping, which would have cost less than $2 at the post office. When I got home, I discovered an additional $10 charge on my charge card. I called the FedEx office and the woman on the phone said it was an extra handling fee. I was never informed about this handling fee., and when I was at the FedEx office, clerk knew that I lived in the neighborhood and that I had Ubered over. And yet she kept the $10 handling fee a secret . This is a neighborhood UNfriendly place.
