The shipping address was on the paperwork which was a PO Box. My package is still in limbo after a month because FedEx doesn't ship to a PO Box. Why would the worker not tell me that so I could find another address? Now I’m having to submit lost license plate paperwork because we moved and no one can tell me where my package is. I used the FedEx office as the return address. I was told that I would be notified once they received it, but nothing. You can't even call their office. You get directed through a phone tree to a general customer service line.
