- MTMarcial ThomasDec 19, 20241.0Printer stopped working, happens. Told the manager I added more money because I didn't know what was wrong. He told me that it would be given back. They printed the rest of my documents from the front desk and changed me. I asked for the receipt and it showed that all the document were charged on the originally charge. So the manager only refunded the 3rd charge and not the 2nd after he told the worker he didn't know how to do it. Doing the bare minimum and not caring if I noticed, terrible customer service from the manager working tonight.

I was speaking with her, I need to do a shipping overnight, and she was understanding everthing that I was saying, so she asked me if I had an account, I didn’t but probably I do have, and ask if she can check by my email she say she doesn’t she ask for my ID, I took soon I gave my Brazilian Id she started acting like she didn’t understand what I was saying anymore..A nice employee who was working in other stuff saw the situation, and just tell her what I was saying. Don’t get twisted I’m Brazilian but I can speak English very well. Actually I do speak 4 lenguages. So the overnight shipping was $120 dollars that’s ok, when I went to pay she just say that I couldn’t pay with my Appel pay. I took my card and she ask for myID Again. I felt so disrespected that I just look on her face, but she’s a woman and I don’t want to argue her. FedEx pay better you Mr employees because she was really unhappy with her job
