They should clearly explain on their website that this is a very limited-service FedEx location and does not operate like a regular FedEx office. There are several additional fees and restrictions that customers may not expect. The employee who assisted me was very helpful and did his best to help. Unfortunately, the manager appeared uninterested in assisting customers and showed little willingness to help resolve concerns. If you're looking for a full-service FedEx experience, I would recommend avoiding this location and visiting another FedEx office instead. Clearer communication about the services and limitations offered here would help prevent customer frustration.

$10 per package handling fee (if Amazon packages things separate you pay for each item). It’s FedEx Convention Services policy but so lame. Woman in the morning was just not at all welcoming and even snarky after I said “Good Morning. Amazon pickups??” And she replied “I don’t know what you’re saying, are you calling me names?” M’am… this is a FedEx store… you know exactly what I’m asking. Have an extra cup of coffee if you’re on opening shifts maybe.

FedEx is, without exaggeration, the worst parcel delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. I recently ordered several phones that were scheduled to ship on 01/02, but they shipped a week early. Great surprise and delight… until FedEx got involved. Because the package required a signature, I carefully planned my day. On the delivery date, I coordinated with my fiancé so that someone would be home the entire time. He was literally sitting in the kitchen next to the front door. While I was in an hour-long appointment, I checked the FedEx app afterward and saw an “attempted delivery” notification. That was a lie. I immediately called my fiancé, who confirmed: - No one knocked - No one rang - No door tag was left - No sign that anyone from FedEx had actually been there I then called FedEx right away to figure out what was going on. The agent assured me they would re-attempt delivery that same day. That was at 11 a.m. By 3 p.m., after hearing nothing and seeing no update, I called again. Another agent told me the package was still out for delivery and “not to worry.” At 3:16 p.m., I finally get a notification through the app that my package was “back at the facility.” So in less than 12 hours: - Five different FedEx agents told me, very confidently, that my package would be delivered by end of day - The app kept insisting it was out for delivery - The reality was that the box never made it to my door even once I rearranged my entire day, kept my fiancé stuck at home, and wasted 12 hours based on FedEx’s repeated false assurances and inaccurate tracking. This isn’t even the first time FedEx has pulled something like this with me, which makes it all worse. It’s a pattern, not a one-off mistake. I don’t know what’s more infuriating: the lazy “attempted delivery” that never actually happened, the non-existent knock on the door, the lack of any tag, or the constant stream of misinformation from customer service who clearly had no real idea where my package was or what was happening. If you care about your time, your purchases, or your sanity, do everything you can to avoid using FedEx. Their communication is unreliable, their tracking is misleading, and their so‑called “delivery attempts” feel like pure fiction.

Great scam they're running: they take your package (that you have shipped to you), then don't give it to you unless you pay an additional handling fee (ransom). I never authorized them to sign for it in the first place. Also, they frequently are not there during open hours, and it took literally days for them to find my package - extremely frustrating and bad experience. Makes me literally want to avoid all shipping with FedEx now.

Amazing place for quick office replacement, loved Stefano, xay and the Chris. Amazing people at work, really helpful and dedicated. If you need urgent documents printing or scanning or anything they are the goto. And the hotel staff are very kind with the parking.
