The AG team did me a solid squeezing a reprint (our mistake) in at the end of the day. I didn't get a chance to thank them properly but I would recommend them 100.

Allison and the team at AlphaGraphics were amazing! I had to incorporate last minute changes to my prints and they were able to accommodate. I am so appreciative of them and I look forward to working with them for other event collateral!

I came in a couple of weeks ago asking for samples and clarity for stickers. Minutemen couldn’t do it as they explicitly told us they couldn’t do die cut. So I came here. They are not at all what I wanted. I have a sheet of paper to now cut up for stickers. Plus the artwork is grainy. The 2 stars is for a product that they provided expecting it to be what I wanted. The customer service is for the lack of 3 more. I felt ashamed for my $153 order being so unwelcome there. I literally need to order 2,000 more stickers and this small order was still a big deal. I used online before and wanted to support local. There’s more to say on this poor experience but I’ll leave with this. They told me, “most people say die cut but mean kiss cut”. Clearly assumptions were made and I WANTED die cut. Came in before explicitly confirming die cut. But I was just a low, unimportant order. That warranted zero attempt to understand where the communication went wrong. I hope this experience was due to them being so busy that in fact my $153 was not worth their time.

If you’re looking for a solid solution for business cards, look no further. Alpha Graphics is the answer. As a local attorney, I wanted a quality, attractive business card that is less likely to end up on the floor board of someone’s car and more so in their wallet. I tried VistaPrint, and I was less than pleased. At that point, I decided to look locally. After a quick google search, I found Alpha Graphics and decided to give it a try. I drove down to the store and met with John (great guy). John walked me through all the different options and offered some helpful suggestions. I felt good about it and placed an order. A couple days later, John emailed me to let me know my business card were ready to be picked up (I had the option to receive them via mail as well, but I was too excited to see how they turned out. Well, I absolutely love them. They look even better in person than they did on the computer screen. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back to Alpha Graphics in the future.

I have used AlphaGraphics for my personal (invitations, calendars, stationary etc ) and business solutions for 9 months. They are reasonably priced considering the high quality and promptness surpassing other printing businesses utilized in the past. AlphaGraphics has provided me with letterhead, business cards, and a rather complicated name ID card project. In the future, I plan on using the large print services.
