  I worked with the Abacus staff to sell my policy when my policy rates started to go up and became too costly. The process took a reasonable amount of time. I was provided clear explanations every step of the way and documents to prove all steps were legal and safe. The staff was always easy to reach and I was able to find their pictures on the Abacus Life website. I felt safe and that my finances were protected every step of the way. The money was a blessing I didn't anticipate.

  I had reached out to many companies in the life insurance purchasing space before I found Abacus. I cannot say enough good things about Abacus or the gentleman whom I worked with, Lee Berman. Abacus was the first company that actually took the time to evaluate my case. I am a triple cancer survivor, and I have a number of medical issues that make my case very complicated. At each stage of the process, Lee exemplified kindness, compassion, and professionalism. When you are talking about selling a life insurance policy, sometimes sensitive issues come up and Lee was just exceptional to work with throughout all of this. He possesses great skill in dealing with detailed and complex medical issues as well as handling delicate matters, such as life and death in a way that made me feel 100% comfortable with Lee and Abacus. He was always happy to explain and to answer any questions that I had at every step throughout the process. His ability to discuss these complex and delicate issues in a kind and compassionate manner sets him and Abacus apart from all of the others. He also helped me to understand my policy, spent time reviewing my records and explaining those aspects of my policy that I didn’t understand in a clear and understandable manner. In a space where sometimes people become just a number, Lee never made me feel that way, and in fact treated me with the upmost respect and dignity, like a valued family member or friend. I cannot thank Lee enough for the time that he and the company spent to evaluate my policy and to help navigate me through the uncertain waters of life insurance policies. If you are even considering selling your life insurance policy, or have any questions about it, I would without hesitation, recommend Abacus, specifically Lee Berman.

  I was very blessed in having Natalie Cash and Dalton Burdette of Abacus helping me make an important life decision. I was very skeptical at first, but Natalie helped walk me through the process. It was like having a daughter get you the information that was needed to move on in helping you make an informed decision. She made the process easier in what I should do in negotiating the settlement that Abacus and myself felt comfortable with. Natalie made sure I was moved on in the process that work well with Dalton Burdette. Dalton is the person that makes sure everything runs smoothly. He makes sure all the forms are completed and the notary is there to get forms signed at your convenience.It takes a while but he has a lot of work. It was enjoyable working with such good people.   I recently sold my life insurance policy to Abacus. The process was efficient and professional and my interaction with the Abacus team was exceptional. The valuation of my policy was fair and I believe I have reveived top dollar for the purchase. I would recommend Abacus to anyone interested in selling an insurance policy they no longer need.   Abacus Life helped every step of the way. Lee Berman went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and all my hesitations were addressed. After evaluation the process was paperwork heavy, but concluded much faster than expected. Mr. Berman found out why I needed this sale and made extra concessions for me to make it possible to get the treatment I needed the money for. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I feel that they truly cared for me as a person. I am grateful for the work they do for people like me who need to use their service.
