  I had a very disappointing experience with Abacus Life Settlements. I sent four emails requesting updates and clarification, but I did not receive any response at all. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important financial and insurance matters. Customers deserve timely updates and professional communication, but in my case, the company failed to respond. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their service. I strongly suggest others consider more responsive and transparent companies.

  Working with Kolby and Natalie Cash was great . I received my money from the sale of my term policy after the docs were signed and finished. Both of them made the transaction a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Abacus if you’re looking to sell your policy. I did reach out to two other companies but Abacus was honest and reliable.

  I had a very pleasant experience work with Erica Bargas and Adrienne Reid when sell my Life Insurance policy. Both led me through a very thorough and complicated process in the insurance world. I had started the search with another company where their follow through was long and frustrating. Adrienne and Erica were always there to answer questions and eased the pain. Matter of fact I just had a question for Adrienne and she said the funds were released to my account five days earlier. I did not expect things to work that quickly - a pleasant surprise. Abacus lived up to their promise, Thank you.

  If you are considering selling a life insurance policy Abacus is an A+ company to work with. Gage Velin, my Account Specialist, not only walked me step by step through the complicated process, he kept me informed daily of the progress. He answered questions promptly, professionally, and personally. Gage is extremely organized and kept things moving as quickly as possible anticipating future events, Kolby Skolnik, my Closing Specialist, also communicated well and explained in great detail what was about to transpire next and the actions needed to move forward. He has excellent experience and gave practical advice. Even when my case closed both KoIby and Gage checked in with me to see if there was anything else that I needed. I highly recommend Abacus.

From the beginning, I felt supported and well-informed about the different stages in the process. Keith and Adrienne kept me up to date and kindly and professionally answered my questions. They made this a pleasant experience and were able to sell my policy for an amount beyond my expectations. I am grateful to them.
