  Jordan Morgan and Kolby Skolnik were both professional, patient and considerate! They both were very responsive in getting back to me and updating me on various processes as well as repeating information for me several times when needed. I am in my 50s but terminally ill which can be a very difficult scenario but they were both very respectful during all of our conversations. They were upfront, kind and I actually enjoyed my conversations with both of them. I had thousands of medical documents which Jordan and Abacus made the process very easy. The Abacus team did their due diligence in going through these documents to come up with a fair amount for both parties. I would highly recommend Jordan and Kolby as well as Abacus Life.   Abacus Life has been terrific in navigating me through some difficult decisions and helping my family make the best choices for our future. I had the privilege of working with a few abacus employees, each one was courteous, helpful and very professional. David Ward, Jordan Morgan, and Kolby Skolnik assisted me and patiently worked with me to come up with solutions that would decrease our anxiety as a family. I appreciate all that they have done and would highly recommend this company to anyone who might need this service or have questions regarding their policies. There was never any pressure, only kindness.

  I had a great experience with Kolby Skolnic and Chriss Gifford as they helped me through a difficult situation. They continually made sure that I understood the process, answered any questions I had quickly, and were always happy to explain things again I may have been confused about. They were great working with my hectic schedule and respected my time through the process. I would highly recommend this team for anyone. They also were able to secure more for the policy that I anticipated. Thank you again for the help and understanding.
