I’m so upset and wondering if she didn’t send it because how’s that possible, she wanted me to send express but I told her no so did she deliberately not send it??

No consideration for confused customers or people who may need help. If you go here to ship or pick something up you’re clearly on your own.

I didnt really need to see a clerk, but I had some time so I stood in line for about 8 minutes with 4 or 5 people ahead of me. The clerk seemed like he was more about talking than doing as he was having a full blown conversation (loud enough for everyone to hear) with the customer sending out a box. Now i dont know how long it takes to process sending out a box, but it just seemed a bit excessive to me. However, another lady walked in and went right to the automated package sending unit. She had quite a few packages, no conversation, and was finished before the clerk at the window. Its a good thing to be friendly to your patrons, but not at the expense of the other patrons waiting to do business as well. I dropped all the letters in the drop slot and walked out.
