Very unhelpful, refused to print out a shipping label (which i have a pdf of) or help me in any way with a shipping problem i was having. Tried to tell me they didnt have a printer, which would be an insane thing nit to have in a post office. This place is a joke.

Extremely incompetent, careless, and unbelievably frustrating service. I came in with a package that already had a clearly printed label attached, including both the sender (from) and recipient (to) addresses. Everything was already done correctly. Instead of simply accepting the package, the employee told me to HANDWRITE my sender address (where the package is from) again, even though it was already printed on the label. Then she told me to step aside, do it, and get back in line. Completely unnecessary and a total waste of time. But I did it and waited all over again. When I finally got to the counter again, another employee took my package and (unbelievably) started covering the DESTINATION address with a black marker because she saw the handwritten sender address. I had to stop her and ask what she was doing. Then she tried to read the address THROUGH the black marker she just put on it and asked ME to confirm if it was correct. How am I supposed to confirm an address that YOU just covered up? I even noticed one digit might be wrong and told her, and she basically said, “I’ll write whatever you want.” Why am I suddenly responsible for fixing a problem your employee created? I came with a correct, printed label. This should have been simple. Instead, your employees created confusion, wasted my time, and as a result, my package never reached its destination.
