  If I could, I’ll give them a zero star the worst place to deal with wasted two days if you guys want Notery don’t go there. The customer service sucks.

  Disrespectful store owner who is hurting for money. Should not have the UPS name on this store! Does not hold UPS values. Drive to any other store not worth it. No wonder no one goes here

  These young men have always been polite, work hard and very helpful. I have seen a situation where a customer was being very rude towards the team and they handled the situation with grace. Well done!

  I was very nervous going to the UPS store to have a very important legal document notarized. I was afraid the UPS agent wouldn’t know what he was doing. I walked in, laid the paperwork on the counter, and Ethan San Pablo picked it up, read it, checked my ID, watched me sign and date the form, Ethan signed and dated it, put his notary stamp in place, pulled out a receipt book that apparently UPS keeps of what was notarized where & when, collected my payment, gave me my receipt, and sent me on my merry way. No hesitation… just competence from beginning to end. I will never doubt UPS notary public services again!

  Great for Amazon returns and most of the young staff members are very nice, but be careful with anything else. Quoted over $500 more in-store for Next Day Air on a package that cost $299 for the identical service when I purchased postage myself on ups.com — same box, same weight, same day. Check the ups.com rate yourself before accepting a quote here.
