- RDRegan DouglasMar 13, 20171.0I have mailed two packages here and both times my experience was not what I would expect when going to the post office. I was checked out by the same women both times and her demeanour was unfriendly and slightly rude. Entering the office I found the desk unattended both times and would patiently wait. Eventually I would hear this woman yell from the back that she would "Be right there" and I would continue to wait at the desk for several minutes. Upon her finally coming to the desk and handling my package, each time her attitude was the same. So I can't chalk it up as "Maybe she is having a bad day" I would recommend maybe having more employees helping this woman if she is having trouble at her post or recommend to her some good customer service skills.
