- MKMatthew Kofalk1 day ago1.0How do I give this place negative 5 stars. The post office is an absolute joke! My package - a letter has been stuck back between here , key Biscayne for a week! What are you doing??? I wish there was a way I never had to use the stupid post office again. Trash service , trash attitudes and useless when it comes to 99% of things.

I always get to work with Natalie on all requests and she has all the patience for any of my mailing needs. I live in Plantation and work in Hialeah so I try to use this office for any postal business. I appreciate Natalie for her diligence and kindness. This office is welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I don't understand where the low ratings come from for this location. Doesn't make sense to me!

It is now september 5th, and I still have not received an update in on any movement for more than a week. It has not reached the recipient who lives approximately 30 mins away from there. The package contains food items, and was supposed to be delivered to the recipient since last week. I understand that delays do happen, but an entire week without any updates is highly unacceptable. I also contacted customer service, and filed a service request on the package and still nothing. I really hope the package can get to the recipient as soon as possible, but this experience has been extremely frustrating for me.
