- KBKim BitchAug 5, 20261.0Useless location. 9 times out of 10, the self service is broken, because nobody is doing their job and the cart behind it is full, so it get stuck!!! This place sucks. Employees suck!!!! Everytime, waste my time and gas!!!!!

Lady on the phone was rude saying “you do understand your appointment is only 15 min” YES! That’s why I’m calling to let you know. She wouldn’t let me speak to the actual person that does the passports saying “that’s my employee and I’m telling you we need to reschedule”. Don’t waste your time here. Was able to get a same day appointment at the clerk of court.
