- MNMat Nichol6 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. A supervisor needed to be available to enter a password for me to close a PO Box. The first day I tried he was out for lunch for 2 hours. When I drove back the next day, he was on the phone for 20 mins and wouldn’t take 5 seconds to enter his password.

Product that is not contaminated and useless. This is what are tax dollars pay for. Absolutely shameful. USPS needs to be dismantle immediately.
