  Someone at post office is stealing my mail that works there whoever is stealing my mail I will pressed charges on u , it’s been 2 months not one pice of junk mail I missing debits cards , credit cards , court documents, lawyer mail I paid $300 a year for mail to be in box who at this local is taking my mail P.O. Box 2231 hmmm image that , I been a checks not there where my mail I need whoever is charge of post to get to me , it take a key I had the key change no one has key but me , so that mean my mail be taking

  The service at this post office is abysmal. I've had missing packages, packages that arrived in Okeechobee for delivery then sent to other post offices, rude customer service From the "supervisor", packages for electronically only to recieve notices that it could not be delivered because nobody was available to sign for the package... Incredible how poorly this post office is run!

  Sometimes the lines are longer than you would like, but they move relatively fast and when you "get there" the service is thorough and efficient and the most affordable. I try and time my trip to the slower in-between hours and maybe have one person before me. I will say something I TRULY had a problem with. Not sure it's been corrected it was back during the 'other' administration's overseeing. I sent an original hand painted glass art. Insured it for $700, plus all the other bells and whistles to make sure it arrived. Murphy's law happened and one piece of the 2 piece work broke. When I learned and put in the insurance claim because it was a "gift" I did not have a sales receipt ... The value I estimated my time and materials to replace ... Even when I appealed their rejection and explained the circumstances ... It was "still rejected" ... They didn't even refund the cost I paid extra to have the insurance and bells and whistles ... Nothing. I had to eat their "bullet" and leave it be. And "look" how life has transpired ... Years later with over 1,450,000 views of my reviews on MapQuest, I now have a venue to give my honest testimony to what I have experienced and pin point ways to improve. For an old pffttt pffttt, I find this "CHECK MATE" quite amusing

  The worst usps I has been every time I go there to pick a package cause I'm closed to town coming work and go pick up cause I the know the package don't fit on my mail to oversized go there pick up the something the lady's give hard time they you need to bring the paper slip why if closed town and give my tracking number still give hard I has to fight to they my package even a give my license with address and tracking number this getting ridiculous
