During our time in Odessa, we had many situations involving important and sometimes complicated packages. Ms. Fisher was always professional, patient, and willing to help us find solutions. Her dedication and attention to customers truly made a difference. She handled difficult situations with kindness and showed what excellent customer service should look like. Bryan Paxson is a wonderful example of how a simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and genuine care for people make him stand out. He is truly like a ray of sunshine for customers who walk through the door. The Odessa Post Office is fortunate to have people like Coleen and Bryan. They represent the best of public service — professionalism combined with compassion and respect for the community.
