  I had no idea this little gem existed. I only thought it was a shipping store. Gemini (AI), sent me there to have some special photos printed and I discovered a place where these amazing ladies, Jennifer and Tracy, went above and beyond with this special gift I was attempting to create. The work they do along with Sabrina is pure excellence. I am so happy I stumbled upon this place right here in my backyard.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this drop-off location. I left a package in their care, and it was later lost, which is already unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of support and accountability from the staff. When I went back to ask for help, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally multiple times. No one seemed interested in investigating what happened or offering any kind of solution. They showed zero urgency or concern, as if losing a customer’s package was not a serious issue. Customer service here is extremely poor. Instead of helping, they made the situation more frustrating with their attitude and unwillingness to assist. If you value your shipments and expect basic respect, do NOT drop off your packages at this location. I will never use this place again

  After more than 2 years of using their services every month, we've been very satisfied with their customer service & the printed products we purchase. Our company uses nearly 2,000 cards every month to be left with our clients at their home following a treatment. A huge THANK YOU to the owner Tracy! Definitely recommend them!!!

  The people here are nice, but clearly the management is lacking because every single time I have been in this store there is a line. Each transaction taking around 15-20 minutes and a single worker! The workers are doing their best, but the wait time to do simple tasks, like a pickup or drop off, is insane. Long story short, there should be two people working at all times.
