  One star is too many. They are legally required to hold general delivery packages for 30 days as per federal policy, and they returned package to the sender after 26 days. I rode my bicycle over 200 miles from Jupiter, FL (long story) to pick up this package, and FINALLY after hundreds of phone calls unanswered I was able to talk to the same lady who has treated me with cold indifference in the past only for her to tell me they broke federal policy and returned my package 4 days early. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for 30 minutes until they were closed. I can't believe this. Advice for you Miss Negligent, if you hate people and your job so much, get a new job. You are not the only person who exists in this world. And God bless you, you sure need it.

  Never have i had such poor service from the post office. I regularly have packages sent to me from Amazon and more 9ften than not I don't receive them. If it fits in the mailbox that's where they put it! I have had packages so large r that it had been shoved in to the point where the box was damaged. But my major complaint is that when I get packages at the door (because they won't fit in the box) it's not a problem. My last 3 deliveries vanished into thin air. They say they are delivered but no package. I have had to call Amazon. Tell them I didn't get the item, get a refund. I explained to them that the post office could careless if I got my mail (they don't because they know about the issue). I have begged and pleaded for someone to please fix this vrappy post office. I was told by the manager of the place I could come pick up my package after the mail carrier put a punk non-delivery slip in my box stating no one was home when I was standing in the yard doing yard work. I refused to come get it. Told her it www as their job to make sure I got my mail. She ended up bringing the package to my house and told us the mail Cartier wasn't comfortable delivering our mail and wanted a no contact agreement. I have been patient. I have tried to call which is a joke. I am fairly certain the kids on the street are stealing it, other neighbors have their packages go missing also. They note with Amazon that it was delivered, sp tell me where. I don't know how many times Amaxon is going to let the slide and refund or send a replacement. I will not be inconvenienced by having to drive 15 plus miles to pick it up from s box. They need to do their job and if someone is stealing the mail. They need to have corrective actions. I am a nurse, if I treated my patients the way this office treats their mail and customers I would have been fired. .it is not acceptable for this to continue without some sort of investigation or compromise. If I could give 0 stats I would.

  Okay the post office location itself, I haven’t had a problem with yet, but the delivery service is a different story! Bought my house and not even 2 months in and I received the survey to my new home in pieces placed in a plastic bag, it was torn, how? I don’t know, called and reported it and nothing could be done about it, had to call title company and pay 100$ out of pocket again to get another copy of authentic duplicate. Shortly after that VA letter again was ripped. Been here two years now and still having problems with my mail. I know stuff takes two, three days maybe two weeks, okay but I just got a letter from the VA (mind you they are usually time sensitive) dated February 3, 2021 and it’s now May! Seriously a letter not even a package. Oh and if it’s a package make sure you have a big enough mailbox because just so they don’t have to get out of their car they will make it fit one way or another!

  Constantly late packages even redelivery attempts never on time always leaves notes in mailbox that there is no secure location yet the few times the come and actually leave packages they dump them in my washhouse or on porch no neighbors are able to see location and dogs bark when someone even drives up so they never even attempted to leave them
