- DDDakotasbubJul 31, 20261.0Been at address 8 years, they refuse to deliver packages to my address, carrier u-turns right in front of my house, they deliver between 12:00 and 1:00 and whenever expecting a package is already marked undeliverable at 9:00 a.m.

They are legally required to hold general delivery packages for 30 days as per federal policy, and they returned package to the sender after 26 days. I rode my bicycle over 200 miles from Jupiter, FL (long story) to pick up this package, and FINALLY after hundreds of phone calls unanswered I was able to talk to the same lady who has treated me with cold indifference in the past only for her to tell me they broke federal policy and returned my package 4 days early. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for 30 minutes until they were closed. I can't believe this. Advice for you Miss Negligent, if you hate people and your job so much, get a new job. You are not the only person who exists in this world. And God bless you, you sure need it.
