- JTJennifer Turner3 days ago1.0This post office looks old and they don't take care of it to maintain it or update it. The staff is not very helpful or informative. They seem to just rush customers and not friendly or courteous. In my opinion the employees at 60th Ave post office look unhappy like if they hate their jobs and it's been this way since I started coming here in 2017.

Instead, you could stand in line for an hour, or take a chance and place your parcel with the mountain of other parcels to the right of the customer service desk. I knew moving to Ocala from Orlando was going to be a change, but I wasn't expecting Mayberry. 🙄

It’s an inconvenience to go to our local post office because it is either under staffed or not staffed properly. I have come here at different times of the day and it is the same thing, not just at busy times. I think all of the other negative reviews speak for themselves. Please do better and I will edit my review.
