- LJLevelle JohnsonMay 27, 20265.0Everyone is nice and very helpful. They are knowledgeable when it comes to different customer situations that a lot of customers are not aware of. One example: as I was waiting, a customer had a package they were returning. The customer did not realize they had not chosen the UPS Store. Therefore, the customer thought they needed to go home, change the return information and then come back to the UPS Store. Instead of having the customer be inconvenienced by doing that, the person helping them walked them through how to cancel the return and start over so that the package could be returned on the spot. This is what I consider to be impeccable customer service.
