  Your store manager, Shakaina, went above and beyond to help me track an international delivery that had been misplaced in the UPS system. Her personality and professionalism truly shine.   I'm so glad I chose this UPS Store today! I arrived with my two young sons, a wagon full of Amazon returns, and what felt like complete chaos. Before I even made it through the door, Jamarion stepped outside to help. He held the door open, talked with my boys to keep them entertained, gave them stickers, and immediately made us feel welcome. His kindness, patience, and genuine care toward both my children and me turned what I expected to be a stressful errand into a wonderful experience. Jamarion's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire return process easier than I could have imagined. Customer service like this is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Jamarion, for your warm smile, outstanding service, and for making our visit to this UPS Store such a positive one.   Got a ton of info about what I can do while im renting a box through this store. I can come in after store hours and grab my mail. I can even have large items shipped to my box and the store will hold my items until im able to pick them up. Love this.
