  Absolutely outstanding service from Sunni at The UPS Store! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth, fast, and stress-free. I didn’t even have to wait in line, she immediately stepped in and personally helped me prepare my package with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. What truly stood out was her attitude. She was incredibly respectful, patient, and kept thanking me throughout the entire process, which made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, Sunni is a shining example of excellence. The UPS Store is lucky to have someone like her representing their business. She turned a simple errand into an amazing customer experience. If you ever visit this location, I truly hope you get helped by Sunni, she is phenomenal!

  The gentleman working in the store was extremely nice. The woman with the neck tattoo is insanely rude. I was trying to return an amazon package and wasn’t sure what the process was. She immediately started giving me an incredible amount of attitude when I was simply asking how it worked because i was confused. She continued to talk over me and be rude for no reason. Im extremely understanding and patient but that was an unnecessarily stressful experience. Wont be returning to this store.

  Sunny was FANTASTIC! I have been having such a hard time with Mercari claiming my UPS packages are overweight, she was quite patient and weighed each box and allowed a photo of proof to send back to them. She went above and beyond, the BEST UPS AROUND. Thank you
