  The store has a good selection of office supplies and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. I did notice that some items were a bit overpriced compared to other places, but overall, it’s a decent spot for what I needed. Just wish they had more clearance options available.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Staples. I went in 20 minutes before closing because I urgently needed to mail my daughter's tax forms to the IRS, which was already stressful. Jason in the print and ship department was the employee at the desk and clearly did not want me to be there. He avoided answering my questions and tried to send me to the post office before understanding what I needed. I felt like he was more focused on getting me out of the store than actually helping. When I finally gave up and started to leave, he claimed he was "doing the best he could" but his actions said otherwise. To make matters worse, he yelled at me from across the store as I was walking to the register to buy an envelope. Overall this was a very unprofessional and unhelpful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance or has questions. Jason was not only unhelpful but also rude. I politely decided to leave and he decided to raise his voice. Very unessecary and unprofessional way to act towards a customer when you don't want to answer their question or don't know the answer.

  Horrible customer service!! Waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up at the printing area, i ended up going to the cashier she said she was going to send someone over, i go back to the printing area and waited 15 more minutes for the “manager” to come over and tell me and the other customers that the person that is on change of that station its on break and they cant do anything until she comes back! For a manager to let all the business just walk out its crazy, ill just go across the street to Office Depot

  Tammy was a 5/5 she really was the sweetest lady and if it weren’t for Nicki this review would be getting 5 stars. Nicki was very unpleasant to deal with she was very rude and undermining of staff around her. Hope she has a better day.
