  Really not helpful at all I’ll be buying my own printer for sure. Spend almost $100 on a couple of contracts. I ordered them last night and they tell me they’re not gonna be ready till the following day until almost close at 6:30 then I walk into the store and there’s literally two people in the entire store and the girl is just standing there doing nothing and I politely say like I don’t need them right now like I’ll take them. You know at 4 o’clock if you can just help me with my appointment cause I have a scheduled appointment at four and I really need those. This lady was not willing to lift a single finger to do anything remotely helpful for me unless I paid her more money it gives the same energy as extortion and bribery like no we can’t do your stuff for you until 630 unless you pay us extra. Update *** I received this email a couple hours after I left this review. I’ll leave it up to the people reading this whether or not you think it’s a coincidence mind you normal paper normal size not asking for anything out of the ordinary they’re literally just estimate contracts all they have to do is click a button and print them. There is no other special needs required. You guys have officially lost my business. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars every week to print things and I will now be buying a printer specifically because of the lady you have working in the copy and print section today. 9/28/3026 That one employee just lost you guys a lot of business

  I just left the staples to do a simple Amazon return.. the rep behind the counter was just rude, making face and hand gestures as if I wasn’t standing there and couldn’t see. Staring at me with a blank face not even a hello..

  I went in to drop off some Amazon returns and the lady at the front desk was immediately hostile. She demanded that I have tags for the merchandise, even though the return was specifically for items that didn’t have a tag. She tried to scan a random item as the return until I told her not to. Then she put my return down and turned her back to me to take a customer at the register. When she came back, she was even more hostile, never once smiling, asking how my day was or greeting me when I came in the store. When I asked what her name was, she said it was Helen, although she covered her name tag when she said it. I let the manager know that his customer service manager was rude and didn’t seem to have any customer service skills.
