  Hey David “Manager” lol… on 4/14 I needed to get a few copies made, 4 pages to be exact. Was a having a bit of trouble getting the print verification code sent to my email. After a few tries got it to go thru and print. For this service you use a credit or debit card. Well the following day I checked my statement and was charged $29.95 for 4 pages. So I called and and asked to speak to a “manager” David… explained the situation and asked him how we go about getting a refund or a reversed charge for the correct amount for four pages and he was extremely belittling and rude, “well do you even have a receipt”. Funny because it’s a copy machine and doesn’t print receipts… (and you know that) this is very obviously a mistake on Staples/machine. He Told me he couldn’t and would not do anything to rectify this Mistake and I need to handle it with my bank. So I took it upon myself to contact your corporate superiors and made a formal complaint. So David I hope you’re reading this because you will be hearing from them soon. I made sure of that. Customer service is key in times like these and $30 is a lot of money for someone like me. Funny part is these copies I need were for a new job I was getting hired for. Good luck David lol. You might be needing the same Copies. Godspeed
