Big empty store, just a couple of customers, mostly Amazon returners (about a dozen) while I was there. Went to do my Amazon return, and was 5th in line. No one was checking out, two people were using a copier. Finally got to the customer service guy, and halfway through, he stopped to ring someone out at a cash register. Finally, he returned and slowly finished with me. When I left, 5 more people were in the Amazon return line, with no one shopping or checking out. A manager (I suppose) brought in the cart that had just gone outside. What a dismal place. Without Amazon (which moves very slowly), it'd be a ghost town...

I had been to different stores looking to purchase a laptop. A friend suggested I try Staples. I am an elderly woman and everywhere I went I was treated like one. Completely ignored. David at Staples did not treat me any differently than talking to anyone else. He explained each laptop and asked questions about what I needed it for. He was very helpful and helped me choose the one I actually needed. After 2 months, it was hacked and I took it in to Staples and they cleaned it all up in a satisfactory time line. I would refer Staples to anyone!

Been going to this staples for over 7 years and their customer service is below average always. I’m usually very embarrassed for them because of how unhelpful they are. Truly unhelpful not willing to to the minimum unhelpful. I always say when I leave we should really invest on a printer just so we don’t have to go to staples and be dehumanized. lol. But today it was fabulous, because Raelynn was behind the counter and made all the difference. From the smile on her face to going above and beyond on our Amazon return and a sincere thank you! It’s been years we received service like this here. I’m not exaggerating. Thanks, Raelynn!
