  Rude employees. Walked in for printing and just asked if they had self print one guy condescendingly pointed to the printers. The other employee at least offered the information I would need to print. I don't understand why everyone has to be so rude. Office Depot moving forward

  Cannot be beat as a return point for Amazon. No brainer if you've used the Amazon app to do the paperwork. Just show the QR code and you're done!

  Absolutely horrible customer service. The supervisor lies to the customers. I spent 45 mins here this morning when they opened making my print order, I explained to the supervisor the I needed the cards asap (he never told me I could pay to have them rushed) He told me he would start on my order in 20 minutes and then I could expect them to be ready at 6:30 tonight 645 rolls around. I called the store. The young lady proceeds to tell me that she cannot find my order anywhere and then located in a bin somewhere that it wasn’t supposed to be and tells me that she has no idea why. This has sent me back tremendously. I put in good faith of a supervisor that his word was honest and he was going to do right after I sat there and worked with him to handle this situation to then turn around and throw my paper somewhere and never even start my order when I could’ve went somewhere else and had these done, but he assured me that I had nothing to worry about he was gonna handle it really appreciate it Staples. Then the girl tells me on the phone at 6:45 that she can’t start the order because they’re super strict about them getting out on time they should be super strict about customer service and sticking by their word

  DO NOT go to this Staples to return Amazon orders if you don't have to. There's 1 person at customer service doing the returns and he his to stop helping you to check out customers. It took forever!

  I ordered incorrectly and I showed up early to pick up my order. The man not only rushed my order but was completely understanding. When I said that it was incorrect. He turned all that work. And it was not double sided, which turned out to be my fault. I offered to pay for it because he had done all the work for the stickers and the sheets, but he refused payment and encouraged me to correctly, replace the order.
