  Been going to this staples for over 7 years and their customer service is below average always. I’m usually very embarrassed for them because of how unhelpful they are. Truly unhelpful not willing to to the minimum unhelpful. I always say when I leave we should really invest on a printer just so we don’t have to go to staples and be dehumanized. lol. But today it was fabulous, because Raelynn was behind the counter and made all the difference. From the smile on her face to going above and beyond on our Amazon return and a sincere thank you! It’s been years we received service like this here. I’m not exaggerating. Thanks, Raelynn!

  I do not recommend this Staples location. One of the employees had a very rude attitude and poor customer service. I waited 15 or 20 minutes, and instead of helping resolve the situation, the manager, Jay, seemed more focused on defending the employee than addressing my concerns as a customer. I don’t understand how Staples hires employees who are unable to provide professional customer service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

  Jason in the print department saved the day for us. He was swamped with prints and he still took the time to look into our issue and solve the problem that another printer had caused. He was amazing! Thank you so much for saving the day for us. It meant a lot to us.

  Print production team was so friendly and knowledgeable!! Very fast turnaround for my poster. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them for future projects

  Something always seems to be going awry at the service desk, not just today Idk if they are I understaffed or something…else. People FOCUS! I waited in a long line, like 10 minutes, fine, sometimes you gotta wait. When it’s finally my turn, simple Amazon scan took 3 PEOPLE! Not because of technical problems or interruptions…because THEY KEPT GETTING DISTRACTED! The desk guy would walk away to go put a box on a shelf or tape up a new box, right in the middle of the transaction. A trainee even tried to help me but then got told to go work on the register. When he said he’d never worked on a register before the guy just told him again to go work on a register. Again, there was no problem with the transaction, I just needed them to scan my phone. The rest was done. There was a super long line. Finally a woman came from the back, I asked her to please scan my phone so I can leave, and she did. It’s my day off and I wasn’t in a particular hurry, I was more in wonder that anything ever gets accomplished around there in the sheer unnecessary chaos of it all. Staples people just stopping mid task and doing something else. Not to even mention the rando in a sports jersey who came behind the desk just to get in the way and bark useless orders while rummaging through boxes. I suspect he works there based on the level people ignored his intrusion. It was weird because they weren’t even busy besides the Amazon line. Perhaps coincidentally, this is also the only Amazon drop off point where I’ve had to make claims for “returns not received”.
