  Can’t speak to a live person. My package has been lost for two days and they won’t let you speak to anyone. I’ll do my very best never to use their services going forward.

  Took two packages to return to the sender. I was issued a scan code in order for the label to be printed out. But unfortunately, this location doesn't have a printer and was unable to print my labels. So I went to UPS and they printed my labels out and then I took it back for them to scan and send back to the shipper. Question for FedEx.. Why don't you have a printer there to print out labels like everybody else such as your competitors UPS. I was advised that I probably have to take Em to Gainesville, which is about a 45 minute drive from where I'm at jst to have the labels printed out, so they can scan them to ship them out. The personnel were very polite but I was very frustrated because y'all, as much money as you make off of everybody's shipping stuff, can't afford to give your locations a printer. I guess I'll be going elsewhere to have my stuff. Shipped out or returned.

  Excellent customer service and it was quick to ship a package for work.
