  I learned to make sure to fully tape a package with brown shipping paper to prevent tearing or use no brown paper at all but fully secure the shipping label all but the bar code. Thank you.

  When the US Postal Service tells you they can't ship anything overnight, they do at FedEx. It's pricey, but when you need it you pay it! They did give me three options (10:00 a.m., Noon, or 5:00 p.m.), with the latter being less expensive. I dropped it off after 5:00, and that was no problem.

  My package has been out for delivery since July 29th and as of right now August 6th it still hasn't been delivered. Can't reach anyone to find out where my package is.

  Seriously? Asking me over and again "what is in your package" and asking why I wanted to insure it for its value? I felt as if they were casing me to steal the contents of my package. I do not trust any company who lets people dress, talk or behave the way the girls at FedEx do. Simply, if you can not take pride in yourself, your appearance, your tone or behaviors...well, you should not have a public facing job. I wonder if FedEx will ship ICE? More over, I wonder what would happen if ICE was to go into FedEx. The situation was EASILY resolved at a UPS store where very professional staff took my package, addressed and insured my package (NextDay). They took my money and my item made it safe and sound to NC.
