  WOW! I'm a very senior widow with little to no technology experience. My security camera system was knocked out on July 4th. Called Surveillance Plus and Bobby answered. I can't say enough positive about him. VERY understanding of my situation; VERY patient as I described in the best way I could each system component as he troubleshot my problem. Even though I did not make a purchase through Surveillance Plus (there was no pressure to do so), Bobby was so gracious. He went over and above to help me figure out where the problem was. I will refer him to anyone I know who needs expert camera advice. Thank you, Bobby, so very very much. In this day and age, you are one in a million.

  My neighbor sent me video of a perp trying to break into his cars. After that happened, I decided on getting a surveillance system. After many phone calls and surfing the internet, I decided on Surveillance Plus. Bobby Brown was very professional and knowledgeable about the products they have and even brought over with him the different cameras that they use. He actually showed me the video and pictures of what the different resolutions look like and the features each camera has. I will say, this company is bit pricier than others. But when the features outweigh the costs and the product is worth the extra money, it's money well spent. Installers came out and did the job well. My issue was the mount that I wanted to use was not compatible with the monitor I have but that wasn't a huge deal as I just connected the NVR to my TV. Video is clear and TJ, the trainer, came out and gave me pointers on how to use the system. Overall, I'm giving these guys a HIGH 5 and am going to recommend them to as many people as I know.

  We hired this company to install our system, 7 cameras supposed to be 4k, nope 2k, 7 cameras and we cannot see what we wanted to originally, we were promised that everything would be an easy and clean install. Well almost 6k later, they got our money up front then sent an installation person that obviously did not care, the installation was botched at best, just terrible, photos included then Jason the owner said he would send someone out to fix the problems and then proceeded to send an invoice, the 2nd person they sent cost me 3k to repllace the soffit they destroyed, terrible customer service, they also charge you for training that does not exist they just want your money, pics are attached, do your homework there are much better companies out there, this company is not your best choice it was 2.3k to fix their garbage, maybe I should send tbem an invoice.....

  Survellience Plus installed a hard wired camera surveillance system for us about 9 years ago. Since then they have upgraded us a couple of times with high quality, dependable equipment and service, as the technology evolves. Jason, Louis, Bobby, Kathy and TJ have been remarkable. Nice folks too! We are happy to support our locally owned businesses and will continue to support Surveillance Plus. We HIGHLY recommend Surveillance Plus. We visit them in their Oakland shop for a demo as the technology evolves.
