I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.
- TWTatiana WrightMay 12, 20262.0“IGNORANCE IS A BLISS” - motto of the majority employees’ working here (I still had luck to meet two respectful humans here, but one of them was a driver (he saved my day and is the reason why this review has not one but two stars)). Unprofessional, lazy, and rude. They simply DON’T SCAN any packages if you drop them off, but at the same time don’t allow drop off after 5:00 pm (opened until 5:30), even locking the drop off box/spot which is supposed to be opened after hours. No wonder why USPS is so infamous. And it’s only getting worse with such employees doing bare minimum if not less, not respecting their workplace while thousands of others lose their jobs.
