“IGNORANCE IS A BLISS” - motto of the majority employees’ working here (I still had luck to meet two respectful humans here, but one of them was a driver (he saved my day and is the reason why this review has not one but two stars)). Unprofessional, lazy, and rude. They simply DON’T SCAN any packages if you drop them off, but at the same time don’t allow drop off after 5:00 pm (opened until 5:30), even locking the drop off box/spot which is supposed to be opened after hours. No wonder why USPS is so infamous. And it’s only getting worse with such employees doing bare minimum if not less, not respecting their workplace while thousands of others lose their jobs.

Very possed. Sent a priority mail for a family member never received. I never had a problem. Ofcourse I lost tracking number. Post office doesn't care. Lady at counter...u have to rate her and if u dont give the high rating....which I did despite the militant attitude...I had a funny feeling it would never be delivered. Bye bye usps. U suck

Went to this location. There was a hand written sign on the door that they would be back shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I had to go back to work. I was not able to drop off my time sensitive mail. Isn’t it illegal to impede mail delivery? I took a picture and would upload but I don’t have that option. The USPS is the worst government agency there is and should be dismantled. It is a waste of money.

Worst post office I have ever been to. Service is slow as molasses. The vending machine was not working so I had to wait like 40 minutes for stamps. One person attending customers and this person disappeared in the back of the office looking for old mail for customers, when it was time to pay for stamps, somehow there was no change in the cash register so they even took 40 cents extra owed to me. I will never go back to this particular postal service.

I grew up in Oakland Park. Haven’t been back to this location in over 20 years. I had 4 packages to scan and the woman behind the counter abruptly without a “hello” or even a simple smile says “oh you can’t scan those here you have to use the scanner in the lobby.” I asked why and she said “I can only scan 2”. Seriously? Maybe one other person in line and they won’t allow her to scan more than 2 packages? I had her scan 2 and I scanned the other 2 in the lobby. I travel all over South Florida, and this is the first post office that has never taken and scanned all my packages. Would not come back here. Sad because the remodel is nice.
