Arrive and they walk you right thru it. There was even a 1st amendment auditor there when I was there. They smiled at him politely. No conflict. Well done .

When i dealt with her in person, she was sarcastic with her answers to my question's, rude, disrespectful and overall shouldn’t be in customer service. Highly recommend taking your passport business elsewhere.
