- EEEesrelAug 14, 20261.0Some of the people there are helpful and kind, but when it comes to delivery, forget zero stars...they owe me stars at this point. Incompetence and ineptitude. Boxes left in our woods; smashed into the mailbox and the flap left open and everything rained on, including important government paperwork (and it invites theft as our mailbox is on the CR); "do not bend" on the package, so they fold them instead; ridiculous lies in the delivery codes (gated driveway that we don't have, aggressive dog when we had a cat, residence too far from mailbox when they MADE us put the mailbox on the County Road.....etc). Asking to hold packages matters not. At 9am you may get a text saying "out for delivery" when it shouldn't be....but at 10:30am, "nah, we got it here." Or, maybe you get it delivered on the side of the road....maybe your neighbor gets it while they're on vacation for 2 weeks (yep)...maybe the courier brings it back at EOD....or maybe they had it at the office all along. Not once have we received any slips saying they had a package for us--informed delivery is your only hope. Friday deliveries usually mean Tuesday because (A: see above, B: don't count on Saturday deliveries, and C: Monday is your main courier's day off, so who knows what fun will be had). Just give me a free PO Box maybe?

- BPBo PerryJul 13, 20261.0I am 100 percent disabled and I went in the post office today 7/13/2026 at 1 pm and there was a lady working there with darker hair and tattoos (white lady) and I asked for my package and I’m clearly on crutches and the handicap door on the outside doesn’t work and hasn’t for a very long time so it’s a struggle to even get inside the place and then I finally get in and ask the lady working this day mine you it’s the first time I have ever seen her and she hands me my package that clearly she can see that I can’t carry out with crutches and she says there you go and she watches me struggle with trying to find a way to get it out and then I finally had to put it on the ground and push it out the door to my car in the rain and not once did she offer to help or ask anyone else to help. I will be filing a formal complaint about this with the proper person to get something done about this, and to get the handicap doors fixed so people that have disabilities don’t have to struggle every time they come in the post office.
