- DGDahos GroupJul 22, 20261.0Awful. Was clear about the time that I needed and was promised something and charged, I even said what it was it the envelope and that it was time sensitive. The mail person assured that the process was under control, gave me a pay amount, I paid and everything was supposed to happen accordingly. Envelope is going to an office, by priority, certified...Five days later there is no delivery made, they say that might happen by 8pm, which will delay it another day or God knows how much more, because being certified someone needs to sign...when I specifically said that was an office, and I needed rhe fastest possible. Very dissapointed, I am in troubles now because the mail person did not inform me of a faster way, which I knew later, by a friend, on top of that they are not even honoring what I paid for, not honoring the certification requirements...AWFUL!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT TRUST USPS. I also have to add, that to my personal everytime they go they leave the package on my neighboors door, which is across the street, mind you that all our houses have big numbers, mine the first and is big and visible...USPS ACTS LIKE THEY DO NOT CARE! ON YOU CALL THEM AND THEY JUST DO NOT ANSWER, THE MACHINE DRIVES YOU CRAZY AND WHEN YOU GENERATE A COMPLAIN, THEY JUST CALL YOU TO TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT.
