Taking them to other mom and pop shipping store have no problem Just weighing the envelopes and putting stamps on them. The post office has the scale as well. Why can't they place the item on a scale and ship it. Never have any issue when I ship througg a mom and pop shipping store. Usps tried to charge me $18 to ship a large envelope with a handmade card. Small local shipping stores charges about $3 They have closed USPS stores locally. With this type of occurrences, many more will be closed! Also almost every single employee at the USPS or rude. Local mom and pop places want your business and they're always nice and helpful!
